A healthful and hearty breakfast buffet with “the works:”
Homemade whole-grain bread and jams/jellies, country bacon from the Passiria Valley, Alpine cheese, sausage, fruit juice, honey from our own hives.
Fine Cuisine Sure to Please Everyone
5-Course evening meal with choice of main dishes (incl. vegetarian dishes.)
In addition to traditional South Tyrolean delicacies like game meats, trout, dumplings … you can also look forward to cuisine with a special flair. We make use of ingredients provided by Mother Nature. We get our meat from our country butcher, Kurt Hofer, who runs his own certified slaughterhouse. Our cheese specialties come from the Psairer Bergkäserei Bio. Our milk and dairy products come from certified Alpine farms. The vegetables, lettuce, herbs, and fruit are obtained from certified fields, as far as possible. In the summertime, we also make use of products from our own gardens.
Active Vacation Program
Guided hiking tours (every day, from Monday to Friday); in the wintertime, 3-4 times a week, with snowshoes.
Daily: Thirst-quenchers for hiking pros (a special tea blend) and homemade whole-grain bars.

Wellness Oasis
Come in and feel at ease in our sauna facilities – reserved exclusively for our hotel guests. It's more than 200 m2 in size, and you can visit it as often as you want. Finnish sauna, herbal steam baths, Kneipp treading basin, our "Vitality Bar" with fruits, juices, and herbal teas. You're sure to love it!
Refreshments for greater vitality: Juices, teas, and fruit are available every day in the relaxation room of our oasis of pleasure.
For a slight surcharge: Hay sitting bath, freshwater whirlpool, massages.

We are partners of the new Thermal Baths in Meran/Merano.

- Surcharge for full-board pension: € 10.oo per day
- Discount for stay with breakfast: € 10.oo per night
- Dogs only if agreed upon in advance. Dogs are not permitted in room categories A + E (only partially in category B,) nor in the dining room, the wellness facilities, and the sunbathing area. Surcharge (without food): € 5.oo per day.
